Midnight Case Files Terms of Service

These terms govern the Midnight Case Files application and its use of TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API.

Who this applies to

Midnight Case Files is a single-operator, fully automated publishing pipeline. It is not offered as a service to other users — the only account it authenticates and publishes to is the operator's own TikTok account.

What the application does

Midnight Case Files generates short-form narrated story videos and uploads them to the operator's own TikTok account via the Content Posting API on a fixed twice-daily schedule. No other TikTok account can be connected to or published through this application.

Acceptable use

This application is used solely by its operator to publish their own original or AI-assisted content. It does not access, modify, or delete any other user's TikTok data, and does not offer any functionality to third parties.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. The version in effect at any given time applies to that period.
